These are the CD’s I own from Against Me!, who were introduced to me when I was fourteen by my cousin and I consider them to be one of my favourite bands. I have so many memories of listening to their songs again and again and associate many of them with certain periods in my life (Tonight we give it 35% can also be coaxed out of me when I’ve been drinking). The lead singer recently announced her intent to transition to the shock of many. I’m pretty sure I’m still going to get great music so I don’t see the problem. Played the adult version of Apples to Apples tonight called Cards Against Humanity as a drinking game. Everyone on the transit home must have thought I had an upsetting night. My eyes are crazy red and puffy from laughter tears. We were wildly offensive with our answers.
I am proud of my decision to come home early though, Sports Day tomorrow and Blue Team needs me at my best!
